On your time

You can do so much on your own ... (more videos COMING SOON)

We don't all have time to spend hours at the gym.  But there is so much you can do at home with only minimal equipment. My friend, Jakkie Pidanick, is a trainer and rehab specialist who helps people recover from injuries, get in shape, and has even trained athletes for major national teams. Here are a few videos that you can watch and then use for yourselves at home. Remember to stay hydrated during any exercise.
Pool Exercises
Ok. So, here is what I think about pool and exercising in the pool... IT IS WONDERFUL. Your body will have less impact on the ground providing more support for your muscles and joints. You will also have more resistance in the water when you are exercising. If you can, just walk back and forth across the pool a couple of times and you will see what I mean. 5 - 10 minutes can be a good start. Jakkie likes the exercises below, but make sure you can do them safely!
Strengthening your hip and butt muscles for walking.
How you walk. Gait.  Heel to toe roll.
Mobility. Balance. Rotation.
Core exercises for Golf and other sports.
On an Airplane
Simple Strengthening and Stretching
